工作原理
流化床氣流粉碎機(jī)(下文稱氣流磨)是一種利用高速氣流來實(shí)現(xiàn)干式物料粉碎的設(shè)備。它由磨體、噴嘴、分級(jí)機(jī)等部分組成,物料通過進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入磨體內(nèi)部粉碎區(qū),壓縮空氣通過超音速噴嘴向磨體內(nèi)高速噴射,粗顆粒在超音速的噴射氣流中加速,并在噴嘴的交匯處對(duì)撞粉碎。被粉碎物料隨上升氣流進(jìn)入分級(jí)區(qū),在分級(jí)機(jī)的作用下,大于分級(jí)粒徑以上的粗顆粒物料返回磨體內(nèi)部繼續(xù)沖擊粉碎,符合分級(jí)粒徑的細(xì)顆粒成品,則通過分級(jí)輪經(jīng)過管路進(jìn)入除塵器收集,微粉收集系統(tǒng)由粉塵收集器構(gòu)成。超細(xì)粉通過密封管道進(jìn)入收塵器后,由排料系統(tǒng)排出包裝即是成品。粉塵進(jìn)入粉塵收集器,通過布袋過濾(德國(guó)必達(dá)福濾袋)后的氣體,在引風(fēng)機(jī)的作用下抽出,尾氣排入大氣中。其排放的粉塵量低于國(guó)家的環(huán)保部門規(guī)定的粉塵排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Working principle

3. 系統(tǒng)操作采用觸摸屏界面來進(jìn)行操作,PLC程序自動(dòng)控制,分級(jí)機(jī),主風(fēng)機(jī),給料機(jī)全部采用日本安川變頻器驅(qū)動(dòng)控制,給料系統(tǒng)能夠根據(jù)系統(tǒng)壓差,電流等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行更加快速、準(zhǔn)確的給料。脈沖收塵器的清灰控制,主風(fēng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速控制全部根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的壓力,壓差進(jìn)行全自動(dòng)的控制,來確保整個(gè)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定、高效的運(yùn)行。
